Meet The Founder

Hope Christopher James

Hope Christopher James is a certified Family Life Coach and Personal Branding Strategist dedicated to empowering over 20 million career mums and children across the world through clarity, purpose, execution, and legacy-driven living. Her work sits at the intersection of family wellbeing, identity development, visibility, and purposeful leadership.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Calabar, a foundation that strengthened her systems thinking, sustainability perspective, and analytical approach to human development and social impact.

She is the author of eight published books, each reflecting her deep commitment to strengthening families, nurturing identity, and raising purpose-driven generations.

Her professional training spans multiple respected institutions, including the National Broadcast Academy, the Institute of Family Engineering and Development, Gemstone, the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, Florence Academy, and the Word of Faith Bible Institute.

She also holds certifications in Child Protection and Safeguarding through the School on the Street and Christianah Fate Foundation. Her additional professional qualifications include Africa Agenda 2063 Global Digital Ambassador, YFSD International Volunteering, Introduction to the Africa Continental Free Trade Area AfCFTA, Introduction to Social Media, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Her influence and service have earned her several prestigious recognitions, including a Leadership Award from the National Broadcast Academy, an Award for Excellence from the Olundara Foundation, and recognition as a Social Impact Transformer by Fela Durotoye.

In November 2025, she received another landmark honour from The Iconic Brand Award as the Social Impact Award of the Year recipient for her outstanding contribution to family development and career mum empowerment.

With proven capacity in critical thinking, strategy, systems design, and communication, Hope remains deeply committed to guiding career mums into fulfilled, structured living while intentionally shaping the next generation with values, confidence, and direction.

She is happily married to her king, best friend, and vision partner, Joseph James. Together, they embrace purpose, love, faith and transformation as the bedrock of their union.
