Hope’s work centres on helping women recognise what they carry, develop it with intention and build meaningful work from their knowledge, gifts and experience.

Her journey began through child protection advocacy, radio broadcasting and community outreach — work that showed her how many of the challenges facing families were tied to women who lacked the clarity, confidence and structures to build their own capacity and contribution.

She now helps women identify their gifts, structure their knowledge, strengthen their personal brands, create income opportunities and build with intention — with work that has reached women across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon, Spain, Scotland and Dublin.
